How To Apply

The forms can be downloaded as an adobe PDF document. Just download the form, open it up in the free Acrobat Reader (you should already have it on your system, it will open automatically when downloaded.)

Print out the form - fill in the blanks, and either mail it or drop it by our offices. Those who are deputed teacher must fill up the M.C. Resolution Countersigned by the D.I.
