Candidates seeking admission in B.Ed Course(2010-11)are to collect and submit filled in forms in the College Office on and from 1st February 2010 to 18th February 2010 (Except Sundays and Holidays). Timing: 10.30 a.m. to 3.oo p.m. and 10.30 to 1.00 p.m. on Saturday. Forms may also be downloaded from the College website. In that case a demand draft of Rs 250/- in the name of A.J.C.Bose College, payable at Kolkata will have to be submitted along with the filled in form. Following method subjects will be offered among which two, that must be studied at the U.G./P.G level, will have to be taken up by the candidates.
List of method subjects offered: Bengali, English, Hindi, Maths., Physical Science( Physics/Chem.), Life Sc.(Zoology/Botany),History, Geography & Pol. Sc.
Candidates must score 50% marks in UG/PG level. A relaxation of 5% marks is applicable for the SC/ST candidates. Upper age limit for the fresher : General- 35years, SC/ST -40 years. Other criteria will be applicable as per NCTE,CU and the state Govt. rules.
